BODYBALANCE is a low impact class that is suitable for everyone, it is a new generation yoga class that will help to improve your overall health and wellness. This class combines elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation with various workout options provided by the instructors throughout the class.

FAQ's

All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. A mat and any equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. The instructors will provide options throughout the class to suit everyone.

You will feel great benefits after one class but we recommend 2-3 classes a week.
