Complete and total body workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance – all components will help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are safe, doable and extremely effective. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training!  Time period of the class is 60 minutes but don’t be afraid to sweat!
