This class designed for early morning risers will help you start your day with a great whole body workout. The class utilizes different stations and incorporates both cardiovascular and strength exercises followed by a stretching segment. Are you a real morning person? Then this is the class for you!

What to Bring

  • Firstly, try to arrive 5 minutes early so you can get prepared and get any equipment you need in place
  • Clothes to allow for movement and suitable for the activity
