Have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years and im passionate about sports, health and fitness.
As a fitness instructor, gym instructor and personal trainer, it’ s my aim to help people become healthier and happier individuals. With my energy and enthusiasm, I motivate people to achieve their fitness goals.
Over the years I’ve witnessed the positive effects of exercise on my students’and clients’ wellbeing and continue to push them in a safe and comfortable environment. I teach a number of classes, including: Body Combat and Body Pump from Les Mills, Spinning, HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training and Fit Kids. These group classes influence the way in which people think about health and fitness.
